The Avenger
Dark and silent as the night
he dashes past at the speed of
light
he runs into the dreary woods
holding onto all his goods
The town awakes up in fright
to hear the avenger is out tonight
The sheriff awakes his deputy
to start the hunt for they could
be in jeopardy
The Avenger laughs an eiree sound
that could be heard for miles around
The sheriff shoots but goes astray
the deputy tries but he gets away
"Another night" was all
he said
"for i am going straight to
bed"
that was all for they heard no
more
